What is your tip for anyone wanting to take part in a sport?

  • Work hard
  • Have a good support team
  • Work on yourself – mind (sports phycology, fitness, strength, physio)
  • Treat people as you wish to be treated

What is the best piece of advice you have been given?

It is good to be driven, but things take time (especially when training horses) so take time to assess and process, look from the outside and make a plan, have goals (and don’t be afraid to adjust them), work on yourself, being to hungry for it can stand in your own way. Enjoy the journey.

What is your ultimate goal?

To represent Great Britain at the next Olympics in Paris.
