From the moment I step into Spinavita I feel welcome - it always seems to be Kay on duty when I have an appointment. She is super efficient and friendly, but so is Jane if she happens to be manning the reception desk. Jennifer is my clinician and I have so much faith in her skills. She is professional and very easy to talk to - explaining what she is doing. I always come away feeling rejuvenated - and not ‘creaky’! I am in my late 60’s and have had back issues since my early 20’s - I have seen other chiropractors in the past from other.practices - none of them have given me the results I’ve had from Jennifer. I have a regular appointment every 3 to 4 months to keep things moving as they should. Lovely and friendly experience

I took advantage of the special offer sports therapy today, it was fantastic and walking afterwards felt like I had new lighter legs. I wish I had done this year's ago.

Excellent support and made me feel totally at ease. Great massage on a very painful elbow and shoulder, explained everything fully. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am going back next week.

Really good experience. I went in with quite a lot of pain and tension through my lower back, hip and leg, and the physio was really understanding and took the time to explain everything. I felt noticeably better straight after the appointment, which was a huge relief. Would definitely recommend!
