Reflecting on the Success of Our Yoga Retreats and Breathwork Clinic

Over the past 18 months, we’ve hosted transformative yoga retreats and breathwork clinics. From moments of reflection to nourishing meals, every retreat is designed to support wellbeing.

At Spinavita, we are passionate about health, wellness, and bringing people together to support their path toward better wellbeing. Over the past 18 months, we have had the privilege of hosting two incredible yoga retreats, led by the inspiring Clinical Psychologist Dr. Julia Frearson, as well as a transformative breathwork clinic in collaboration with Phil and Kathy from Tribal Breath. Hosting these events has been both rewarding and a powerful reminder of our dedication to fostering spaces for healing, connection, and relaxation.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of these retreats has been witnessing the transformation in our attendees. Many arrive feeling stressed, anxious, and perhaps a little uncertain about what to expect. However, by the time they leave, their entire energy has shifted—relaxed faces, big smiles, and a newfound ease in their sense of self.

My husband Gareth shares my passion about helping people – together we have poured our hearts into these experiences. Gareth, in particular, has loved crafting nourishing soups and healthy snacks to complement the retreat atmosphere. Seeing people come together over a warming bowl of homemade soup, connecting and reflecting on their experiences, has been a beautiful part of each event. Looking Ahead to Our Upcoming Retreats

We are incredibly excited to announce our next two events:

  • Sunday, 18th May – A Breathwork and Ice Bath Experience in collaboration with Tribal Breath. This powerful session is designed to help you reset, recharge, and find deeper resilience through guided breathwork and the invigorating practice of cold immersion. Tickets are now on sale!
  • Sunday, 5th October – Our next Yoga Retreat with Dr. Julia Frearson. If you’ve attended before, you know how transformative this experience can be. Save the date for another day of deep relaxation, mindful movement, and inner discovery.

These events are more than just retreats; they are opportunities to reset, realign, and reconnect with yourself and a supportive community. We can’t wait to welcome both returning and new participants – we hope each retreat will offer everyone something new and will provide them with the self-care that they deserve.
