If you are lucky enough to be preparing for a skiing holiday this year, then this issue of CONNECT is for you! We offer advice, tips and exercises to make sure that you have prepared your body for skiing. And if skiing isn’t for you – or not this year anyway – this issue also takes a look at Reiki as a form of healing and examines the benefits that laser therapy can offer.

August’s issue of CONNECT magazine has a focus on staying safe and comfortable during the Summery. We look at how to protect yourself in the sun, offer advice on avoiding back pain during your staycations and if you’re braving the English weather to do some camping, the British Chiropractic Association offer practical tips on how to stay comfortable.
We are delighted that there has been lots of activity within the Spinavita community to report on so the regular Spinavita Noticeboard has plenty of news to catch up on and for this issue’s exercise feature, Hannah makes exercise fun for all the family – have a read to find out how.

May’s issue of CONNECT magazine pays particular attention to exercise – the benefits of exercise for us all and a focus on exercise both during and post pregnancy. In addition, we take a look at our new App to help manage your treatment plans with our Sports Rehabilitator. We also continue with our regular features where Hannah Hughes demonstrates some useful exercises and you can enter our competition to win a free treatment on page 12.
