At the end of last year, Spinavita completed the Royal College of Chiropractors’ Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM) 2023-2025. We are delighted to receive this award once again and we are one of only nine clinics that received the award this year.
The CMQM recognises excellence in a variety of areas such as: clinical audit, risk management, incident reporting, outcome measurement, patient satisfaction, emergency procedures and operational policy. We complete the regular audits and update the necessary policies in order to maintain high standards in everything we do and continue best practice.

Earlier this month, Jess and Jennifer went to the Royal College of Chiropractors’ winter conference to collect the award and attend a series of interesting talks. The focus this year being: public health, challenges in the NHS and an introduction to some exciting, upcoming research.
