I have ongoing back and neck pain, and I wanted to see Amanda, the Sports Massage practitioner. She rang me last week to discuss my medical situation. I have my cancer back, and it might be a rogue cell, in my bones, or in my lymph nodes (I had my prostate removed on the 28th October 2022, due to prostate cancer). Amanda had spoken to her colleague, Jennifer Barr, and miss Barr and the practice manager had advised against my having Sports Massage, as it could mobilise and spread my cancer.Amanda recommended me to see Miss Barr, who could do tests on me, and ascertain if Sports Massage would be suitable going forwards.I saw Miss Barr today, who questioned me thoroughly about my cancer, and current pain in my back and neck. Only when she had examined me fully, and finished quizzing me, did she perform her Chiropractor skills. Don't be put off by her youth--she is amazing! After the treatment, she recommended that I not have Sports Massage until given the all - clear by Oncology.I'm very impressed with Amanda putting my wellbeing ahead of the money, and Miss Barr's expertise
