We are excited to launch this full Breathwork & Cold Therapy Experience in collaboration with Tribal Breath. You will be guided by the experienced and inspiring Phil and Kathy from Tribal Breath, who will lead you through powerful breathwork and mindfulness practices before an optional ice bath immersion using the Wim Hof Method.
