What does a strength and conditioning programme involve?
Your programme will include a combination of strength training, mobility work, and exercises focused on endurance and functional movement, all tailored to your fitness goals.
Who is strength and conditioning for?
This service is suitable for athletes, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, strength, and mobility.
Will I need to lift heavy weights?
Not necessarily. Strength and conditioning is personalised to your level and goals, focusing on technique and progression rather than just lifting heavy.
How often should I do strength and conditioning?
The frequency depends on your individual goals, fitness level, and recovery needs. Typically, 2-3 sessions per week are recommended for balanced progress.
What should I wear to my session?
Comfortable, breathable workout attire that allows for movement is best. Supportive shoes are also recommended for safety during exercises.
What other services do you offer?
In addition to sports therapy, we offer a range of complementary treatments to support your overall health and wellbeing. These include chiropractic, sports therapy, massage therapy, laser therapy, and Spinavita Retreats.
