Breakfast Muesli

Discover a simple and delicious braised cabbage recipe that brings out the natural sweetness of the vegetable, perfect as a comforting side dish for any meal.

Serves 1Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • oats (quantity to suit appetite)
  • 2 x tsp cinnamon
  • handful of raisins
  • handful of desiccated coconut
  • 1 x apple (grated)
  • yoghurt
  • honey

Method

  1. Add oats, cinnamon, raisins and desiccated coconut to a bowl
  2. Cover with boiling water
  3. Mix together thoroughly
  4. Add apple to mixture
  5. Place bowl into fridge for 30 minutes
  6. Serve with a big dollop of yoghurt and some honey
  7. Enjoy!
