Ingredients
- oats (quantity to suit appetite)
- 2 x tsp cinnamon
- handful of raisins
- handful of desiccated coconut
- 1 x apple (grated)
- yoghurt
- honey
Method
- Add oats, cinnamon, raisins and desiccated coconut to a bowl
- Cover with boiling water
- Mix together thoroughly
- Add apple to mixture
- Place bowl into fridge for 30 minutes
- Serve with a big dollop of yoghurt and some honey
- Enjoy!
