She is a Diversified Chiropractor with expertise in spinal manipulation and mobilisation techniques, soft tissue release, activator techniques, dry needling, and functional rehabilitation exercises.

“Since 2017, I have been a part of the Spinavita Team, where I have had the privilege of helping individuals from all walks of life overcome pain and regain their mobility. I enjoy treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints, especially complex cases; it’s the most rewarding experience to help a patient regain their sense of autonomy and return to their lifestyle without pain. Everyone should be able to live without fear of pain or injury, and my role is to guide my patients toward achieving that goal, whether it’s getting back to their daily routine or doing the activities they love. I work collaboratively with my patients, building strong, trusting relationships that I deeply value. These connections help me understand their unique goals and allow me to provide the support they need on their journey to recovery.

I’m a firm believer that learning is a lifelong journey, which is why I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Pain Management to expand my knowledge and skills further. I am deeply committed to keeping up to date with the latest research, which is important as it allows me to continually improve the care I provide, ensuring my patients receive the most effective treatments available.”

Jessica is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors.

Let's learn more about Jessica

How did you first get interested in your field of work?

I’ve always known that I wanted to help people. As a child, my favourite toy was my handmade doctor’s bag, and I was constantly making sure my family was okay! I always had an instinct to care for others, but I wasn’t sure how that would translate into a career until I reached college. I first heard about chiropractic care while studying, which piqued my interest. I had the opportunity to shadow a few local chiropractors, and seeing how patients were treated in a calm, friendly environment where they were the priority also sealed it for me. It showed me how much I could make a difference in people’s lives by creating a space where they felt genuinely cared for and understood.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

One of the most rewarding aspects of this profession is the opportunity to connect with my patients. I enjoy getting to know people, understanding their stories, and working with them to achieve their goals. Each person’s journey is unique, and building those relationships allows me to provide personalised care tailored to their needs. Whether I’m helping someone recover from an injury, manage chronic pain, or improve their movement, I find immense satisfaction in seeing their progress. Making such a tangible difference in their lives and witnessing the positive changes firsthand makes this career so fulfilling for me.

How do you stay up to date with the latest developments in your field?

I believe staying up to date with the latest developments in chiropractic is essential to providing the best possible care. I’m currently studying for my Master’s in Pain Management, which allows me to deepen my understanding of pain science and integrate new knowledge into my practice. In addition to my formal studies, I regularly attend chiropractic conferences where I engage with peers and learn about the latest research, techniques, and advancements in the field. I am also on the Communications Committee for the British Chiropractic Association, which keeps me connected to the broader chiropractic community and allows me to stay informed on the latest trends. By staying engaged in academic and professional circles, I ensure my patients receive the most effective and up-to-date care.

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

Since I work mainly in the evenings, I like coming home to a homemade meal I’ve prepared over the weekend. I love spending time in the kitchen on weekends and making fresh meals for the week. It’s a great way to relax and helps me stay organised and on top of things. After dinner, I like to unwind with a good book, and I always try to get a good night’s sleep to recharge for the next day.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is, “You can only control the controllables in life.” This advice has had a huge impact on how I approach my personal and professional life. It reminds me to focus on what I can influence and manage my own time and energy while letting go of things that are beyond my control. This mindset helps me stay grounded and present in the moment, keeping things in perspective so I can focus on what I can do to make a positive impact.
