Kay has been with Spinavita Chiropractic working on reception since 2021. Kay goes above and beyond to ensure patients are provided with an excellent customer service.

I thoroughly enjoy my role on reception in clinic. It is so lovely to chat with our super patients and offer support with enquiries. I love interacting with people and assisting with the running of clinic whilst working.

What does your day-to-day role entail?

Greeting patients into clinic, arranging appointments, taking telephone enquires, and to be a listening ear to patients. I support all members of the team where possible too.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Interacting with people. My back ground is in the health and social care sector, so this role comes naturally to me.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not welcoming patients into the clinic?

Outside of work I enjoy the countryside, walking my dog Delilah, I have recently lost 3.5 stone, so going to the gym and exercise classes are a must for me too.

What’s your go-to snack during the workday?

An apple, got to keep it healthy!

What’s the last book or movie that really inspired you?

Bob Marley One Love – More peace is needed in the world!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Find a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life.
