Reception Manager

Jane has worked at Spinavita for more than 15 years and has worked within the Chiropractic industry for more than 20 years! She co-ordinates our reception team and the administration of the clinic, which includes all insurance claims.

Having a PA/clerical career, I enjoy giving our patients the best customer service possible and supporting them on the administration side of their treatment.

What does your day-to-day role entail?

Helping patients book appointments, taking payment and administration tasks.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

Speaking with patients and trying to make them feel at ease whilst in the clinic.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not welcoming patients into the clinic?

I play netball, practice yoga and we have 2 dogs which I enjoy walking and training.

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

I love being outside in my garden, walking my dogs and playing sport.

What’s your go-to snack during the workday?

I always bring a a piece of fruit, usually a banana.

If you weren’t working in healthcare, what would you be doing?

Spending as much time in my garden as possible.

What’s the last book or movie that really inspired you?

My favourite is “My Left Foot”.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Never be too busy to exercise.
