Graduating with a degree in Sports Therapy, I have been dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. While my qualification is in Sports Therapy, my passion extends far beyond treating athletes. I work with people of all ages and activity levels, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing everyday aches and pains, spending long hours at a desk, or simply wanting to move more comfortably and confidently.
I believe that everyone deserves to understand their body and feel empowered to take control of their health. My approach combines hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and education to identify the root cause of pain rather than simply treating the symptoms. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, helping you achieve your goals while reducing the risk of future problems.
I am committed to continually developing my knowledge through ongoing professional development, ensuring my treatments are based on the latest evidence and best practice. My aim is to provide a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel listened to, understood, and confident throughout your recovery.
Whether your goal is returning to sport, keeping up with your children, improving your posture, or simply living pain-free, I’m here to help you move and feel your best.

My interest in Sports Therapy started through my own passion for sport and understanding how the body moves. I became fascinated by how injuries happen, how the body recovers, and the impact that effective treatment and rehabilitation can have on someone’s confidence and quality of life. This passion led me to study Sports Therapy, where I developed a deeper understanding of injury management, movement, and helping people achieve their goals.
Building relationships with my clients and celebrating every milestone with them, no matter how big or small. Every person’s goals are different, and it’s rewarding to help them achieve them.
People often think Sports Therapy is just massage, or that it’s only for athletes. In reality, massage is just one tool I use. My role is to assess injuries, identify the root cause of pain, provide hands-on treatment, guide rehabilitation, and help people of all ages and activity levels move better and stay healthy.
We commonly get confused for Physiotherapy or just massage. This is not the case. As a Sport Therapist our aim is to help people suffering from pain, injury or illness. We provide detailed rehabilitation plans which are bespoke and detailed. We work with all populations, not just the sporting ones!
I’m passionate about continuing to learn and improve. I regularly complete CPD courses, attend webinars, and keep up to date with the latest research and clinical journals. I also believe in experiencing treatments myself where possible, as understanding the process from a client’s perspective helps me deliver a more empathetic and informed approach to care.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy slowing down and making the most of my time with the things I love. I’m a big fan of reading, exploring new places, going on walks, and getting out into the fresh air. I also enjoy discovering good food, having days out, and relaxing with a good TV series when it’s time to unwind.
My favourite way to unwind after a busy day is some form of self care. Recently its been doing my nails or going in the jacuzzi!
Chocolate… definitely chocolate! I love looking after my health, but I also believe life is about balance and enjoying the little things.
If I wasn’t working in healthcare, I’d probably be somewhere by the sea, living out of a van and exploring new places. I love the freedom of travelling, being outdoors, and taking each day as it comes. I think that appreciation for adventure and enjoying the little moments.
I’m a big fantasy fan – give me dragons, vampires, and a world I can escape into! Unless dinosaurs make a comeback, I think I’ll be sticking with fantasy for now. There’s something about getting lost in a great story that I love.
Take every chance you get, because life is too short not to make memories. Try new things, say yes to experiences, and enjoy the moments that come your way. Things won’t always go to plan, but sometimes you just have to laugh, pick yourself up, and keep going – because life carries on either way.
